Jenja Restaurant Bar and Club Bali

Jenja Restaurant, Bar and Club at the arcade of the TS Suites Bali offers a one-stop evening out with its distinctively designed, ultra stylish interior spread out over two floors.  Located at the hotel’s corner on Jalan Nakula, Jenja restaurant opens at 18:00 and presents an inspired menu that showcases exotic Asian and Middle Eastern dishes created by the winner of Top Chef Middle East 2012, the young and gorgeous chef Selma AbuAlia. As the night evolves with rising beats from the club downstairs, the mood gets livelier, catering to a party crowd.

1.jpgJenja is the newest addition to the Bali nightlife scene. It is a restaurant, bar and club located between Legian and Seminyak, about 200 meters from Double 6 beach. It is too early to say if Jenja will be a happening clubbing venue in Bali, but so far they managed to do some great parties, particularly their opening. The team behind it is the same that opened Mint on Jalan Petitenget (Mamsa). They did pretty good there in terms of atmosphere and music, but their only problem was that over the years it has turned into a prostitute bar. Jenja seems like a fresh new start for them. They will probably attract the crowd of Mint when it began: Young expats, long term residents, girls from Jakarta & Java, etc…

2.jpgRegular DJs Mamsa, Wisdy and Heidy usually get started downstairs around 22:00 as the influx of well-dressed partygoers begins to arrive. Another impressive sight awaits guests down here, with the club’s shimmering walls comprising a mosaic of hexagonal jade tiles. The dance floor and DJ booth with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems is right under the dining hall. The music here is a line-up of old school hip-hop, RnB and funk. The Jenja Bar & Club is not huge, but it offers a very different scene and caters to a more sophisticated partying crowd compared to other venues in Seminyak. Even though Jenja  Restaurant Bar and Club are open daily, the club section is only open from Wednesday through the weekends.
