Have you ever visiting the northern part of Bali and visiting a temple named Beji temple? The Temple is a sacred temple located at Sangsit Village, Buleleng Regency about 2 hour from Ngurah Rai International Airpot. This temple is a place to worship Dewi Sri, the Prosperity God. The temple is also known as Subak Temple for Sangsit Village people, where the whole environment is decorated with Buleleng carving style temple, propagating plants and flowers motifs that characterize typical of North Bali.
This temple is stand in the 15th century, when Majapahit Kingdom. At the Temple gates decorated with two dragons as The Temple guards. The unique charm of this temple is the temple carved, meets all parts of the temple like there is no one place does not decorated with carvings. This carving painted colorfully, so the temples look more unique.
This temple is not situated on tourism area like Ubud or Kuta, so the facilities in this temple are not completed. There are just small parking area and a few traders. But it is not be a problem to enjoy The Beji Temple.
